Color film is hard, time consuming and expensive, so I need a good reason to to put up with all the effort. Luckily a trip to the Eastern Shore of Maryland gives me just that excuse. I still had some Ektar 100 from around Easter, so I loaded that up and began taking pictures.

I love this film for landscapes. On a sunny day, the color balance is excellent. The colors are rich and the sharpness is suprub. Unlike last time however, I also had the opportunity to shoot the film at sunset. I was blown away by the colors.

I did struggle with the backlight with the cows towards the end, but some of them did turn out really fantastic.
