After a small hiatus from posting, I’m back.

Another weekend. Time for another drive.

West US-50, Bowie, MD

I’m noticing a bit of a difference in developer. I don’t think I’m exposing correctly and am losing detail on the trees and shadows. I think the sensor is catching too much of the sky and metering on that. Lately, I’ve been bumping up my exposure on a lot of these sunny days to compensate.

South MD-4, Bristol, MD

This one fared a bit better.

South MD-4, Solomons, MD
Solomon’s Island Bridge, South MD-4, Solomons, MD
South MD-235, California, MD

This is where I’m hitting a problem. As with the title picture, this one is fuzzy. I’m sure it isn’t a focus problem. Also, on this picture there is a fog on the bottom right. I’ve bumped up the exposure to troubleshoot this lens, but other problems are emerging. It appears that there’s something wrong with this lens. It’s slightly fogged, which isn’t visible when using it.

This one also had problems with the bottom right as well. I evened out the corner, but it is still fuzzy overall, especially on that corner.

Switching lenses corrects the problem for sure, but it’s dissapointing to have a bad lens. It’s not a huge loss, since it wasn’t expensive at all on EBay
